Amy L. Gaffney

Amy represents individuals and some companies throughout the State in employment and tort matters. She is a certified mediator and has been involved in the resolution of hundreds of state and federal employment and tort cases. Amy has also investigated employment concerns for businesses throughout South Carolina and the Southeastern United States.


Regina Hollins Lewis is a member of the Firm and has over 31 years of civil litigation and appellate experience. She focuses her practice areas of tort and employment defense, including premises liability, professional negligence, products liability, wrongful termination and Title VII discrimination claims. Regina is a certified mediator and regularly mediates employment and tort matters to resolution. She also conducts internal investigations for companies related to alleged discrimination, sexual harassment and whistleblower matters.


Robert represents businesses and individuals in commercial and general litigation matters, including premises liability, personal injury, product liability, insurance defense, and other tort matters.


Randi Lynn represents businesses throughout the State in personal injury and tort matters.


Nashiba Boyd has over 15 years of civil litigation experience. While her current practice focuses on tort defense and commercial litigation, including catastrophic injury, pharmaceutical professional negligence, and products liability, she also has experience in complex and multi-jurisdictional commercial defense.

Christina Summer

Christina represents SC businesses of all sizes in employment-related disputes and premises liability matters, individuals involved in employment contract disputes, individuals with employment-related complaints, and individuals who have been injured.


Sara represents businesses throughout the State in personal injury and tort matters.
