Regina Hollins Lewis is a member of the Firm and has over 31 years of civil litigation and appellate experience. She focuses her practice areas of tort and employment defense, including premises liability, professional negligence, products liability, wrongful termination and Title VII discrimination claims. Regina is a certified mediator and regularly mediates employment and tort matters to resolution. She also conducts internal investigations for companies related to alleged discrimination, sexual harassment and whistleblower matters.


Robert represents businesses and individuals in commercial and general litigation matters, including premises liability, personal injury, product liability, insurance defense, and other tort matters.


Randi Lynn represents businesses throughout the State in personal injury and tort matters.


Nashiba Boyd has over 15 years of civil litigation experience. While her current practice focuses on tort defense and commercial litigation, including catastrophic injury, pharmaceutical professional negligence, and products liability, she also has experience in complex and multi-jurisdictional commercial defense.


Emmanuel Ferguson served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Charleston location of the United States Attorney’s Office where he litigated cases before the U.S. District court judges and juries. Ferguson worked as an assistant solicitor in the Charleston County Solicitor’s Office, and he was recently appointed by Charleston City Council as a municipal judge.

Jarrett Withrow Walker
