Amy L. Gaffney

Amy represents individuals and some companies throughout the State in employment and tort matters. She is a certified mediator and has been involved in the resolution of hundreds of state and federal employment and tort cases. Amy has also investigated employment concerns for businesses throughout South Carolina and the Southeastern United States.


Regina Hollins Lewis is a member of the Firm and has over 31 years of civil litigation and appellate experience. She focuses her practice areas of tort and employment defense, including premises liability, professional negligence, products liability, wrongful termination and Title VII discrimination claims. Regina is a certified mediator and regularly mediates employment and tort matters to resolution. She also conducts internal investigations for companies related to alleged discrimination, sexual harassment and whistleblower matters.


Lee Ellen represents companies and individuals across the state in a variety of civil litigation matters. She handles matters involving allegations of negligence, false imprisonment, defamation, defective products, pharmacy malpractice, and other torts. Lee Ellen serves as Secretary of Richland County Court Appointed Special Advocates (“CASA”) Foundation, the governing board of Richland County CASA, which advocates for the best interests of foster children in Richland County Family Court. She is a graduate of the South Carolina Bar Association’s 2014 Leadership Academy and an active member of the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association. Lee Ellen is licensed to practice law in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Alabama.


Nashiba represents companies and some individuals throughout the State in tort and insurance defense matters.

She also is a guardian ad litem who represents minor children in divorce, custody, adoption and name change matters.


Randi Lynn represents individuals and businesses throughout the State in personal injury and tort matters.
